Calling all bookworms! Do you love a good bookstore or library? The following spot combines the best of both. The books you find here are yours to keep forever, and they’re also absolutely free.

That’s right, FREE! Seems impossible but it’s a very real place in Charm City and it’s pretty amazing…

From textbooks to romance novels and more, there are always new treasures to be found.

You can find “The Book Thing” along Vineyard Lane in Baltimore. This place is actually a warehouse that was converted into a massive book “store.”

The reason “store” in quotations is because it’s not really a store if you never spend a cent.

That’s right — this place runs entirely on donations, and they arrive by theby thousands every week.

You never know what you’ll find at The Book Thing. Hours for donations are every Monday through Friday from 10-4, and every Saturday and Sunday from 9-5.

The Book Thing is open every Saturday and Sunday from 9-5 and hours for volunteers are Monday through Friday from 10-4, and every Saturday and Sunday from 9-5.

Simply bring a giant box and load up on free books. There’s no limit to how many you can take.

Seriously! If you’re interested in donating books, you can do so using the book drop located outside of the warehouse.
