Kappas to feed 1,000 families during the Thanksgiving holiday

In the spirit of charitable giving, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated Philadelphia Alumni Chapter will join with Pennsylvania State Sen. LeAnna
Washington of the 4th Senatorial District, State Rep. Stephen Kinsey, Philippian Baptist Church, Fresh Grocer, Resources for Human Development, City
Councilwomen Marian Tasco and Cindy Bass the 17th and 49th Democratic Wards and Treasurers Banquet Hall to feed 1000 families who are in need or shut-in
during the Thanksgiving holiday at Philippian Baptist Church, 5801 N. Broad Street, on Saturday, November 23, 2013, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

In addition to feeding families, the fraternity members of Kappa will travel throughout the northwest section of the city of Philadelphia delivering the
complete trimmings of a Thanksgiving dinner to those who are incapacitated or have limited access of travel.
