The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Restoration continues the free film series featuring some of the great battles for justice and equality in American history. The next films will be shown on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 beginning at 6:00 PM.
Fighting Back and Our Schools Are Not for Sale — A view from the front lines of the fight to integrate Little Rock, Arkansas’s Central High School from the “Eyes on the Prize Series”. And, a short film on Philadelphia’s teachers, parents, students, and communities who are fighting for public schools.
Restoration Church is located at 6900 Stenton Avenue (corner Gorgas Lane) in Philadelphia, PA.
Admission is free and refreshments will be served prior to the movies.
