Kefia Rollerson, a native of Philadelphia began singing at a very young age. Kefia always had a love and passion for music. As she began to grow into a
young teenager, she realized that God had given her a unique voice. As a PK (preachers kid) Kefia started to travel with her father all over the United
States singing at different banquets, churches and conventions.
This is where the journey begins with the group Ke’Sharee. The group that included Kefia’s childhood best friend and her sister. Ke’Sharee, was granted the
opportunity to sing for Boys II Men member Nate Morris. Kefia decided to become a solo artist and was a featured singer for the March of Dimes for Cerebral
Palsy telethon to show support in her community.
Rollerson decided to step out on faith and try out for BET Sunday Best when they came to Philadelphia. She made it to the final audition rounds where she
was chosen to be an alternate for the competition. Rollerson was chosen to be a contestant on Sunday Best Season 6 and is representing Philadelphia
With hard work and dedication, Rollerson has released 2 Mix tapes, a recently released EP; entitled “Don’t Box Me In”, and has written and produced for
various artists throughout the Tri-state area. From the EP her song entitled “How Great” was chosen to be in rotation on Gospel Highway 11 radio station in
Kefia’s music is also being played on internet radio stations such as; Look Up Radio and Vision Radio Show. So look out, eyes have not seen and ears have
not heard, neither has it entered into the hearts of men what the Lord has in store for Kefia Rollerson.
