Vivant’s anniversary: Four years – four days of celebrating arts

Vivant Art Collection will mark its fourth anniversary with a vibrant four-day celebration featuring a series of events from a “Vivant Salute,” recognizing some of Philadelphia’s most influential women business owners to a celebrity art auction.

All in the name of art, Florcy Morisset, owner and curator, will welcome the community, celebrities, media personalities and professionals as they gather together to be honored and celebrate art; as well as raise funds for Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation and Fresh Artists. Most events are free and open to the public.

“Lyrics and Cocktails” – Wednesday, November 16th from 5 PM-9 PM

An upscale swanky affair on Art Gallery Row. This unique – one of a kind social mixer infusing music and art will be hosted by Elizabeth Wellington-Fashion Columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Jenice Armstrong- Columnist for The Philadelphia Daily News. Lyrics and Cocktails will kick off the series of festivities .

 

“Celebrity Art Auction” -Thursday, November 17th from 5 PM – 9 PM

Vivant presents its signature art auction with local celebrities and media personalities to benefit the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation and Fresh Artists, a Philadelphia not-for profit Organization. Sponsored by Philly 360 and hosted by Kharisma McIlwaine (media personality). This event is scheduled for .

 

“Vivant Spotlights: Young Professionals” – Friday, November 18th

Luncheon: Noon – 2pm (please arrive early) & Networking 5 PM – 8 PM

Vivant will spotlight young professional across Philadelphia. This will be a two-part day affair, starting the day off with a high profile luncheon and business resource exchange and later Young Professional Night Out. Guest Speakers are E. Steven Collins, Director of Urban Marketing and External Affairs for Radio One & Radio Personality, Deirdre Childress, Film and Entertainment Editor at The Philadelphia Inquirer, Sheinelle Jones, News Personality on FOX 29 and Bobbi Booker, lifestyle reporter at the Philadelphia Tribune.

 

“Vivant Salutes: Women in Business” – Saturday, November 19th from 5 PM – 8 PM

Vivant will honor women business owners, entrepreneurs and community leaders for their work and contributions. This year honorees include Kimberly S. Reed, Melinda F. Emerson, Cecil Rahman, Karen Robinson, Tracey Lynn, Karen Taylor Bass, and Rosalyn McPherson (confirmed at time of release).
