DNC Black Caucus Chair Virgie M. Rollins will convene the official Black Caucus meetings of the Convention at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Caucus meetings will be attended by DNC members and delegates; national youth/young adult, political and civil rights leaders; Democratic Party officials and will include panel discussions on current issues of importance to the African-American community, including Disparities in the Justice System, Voter Protection, African American Polling Data, and Get Out The Vote.

Time: Monday, July 25th, 10:00 AM -12:00 PM and Wednesday, July 27th, 10:00 AM -12:00 PM.  

The meetings are Open to the Public
Place: The Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch StreetPhiladelphia, PA 19107
