The Philadelphia National Action Network (NAN) in conjunction with the Philadelphia Police Advisory Commission, and Avenging The Ancestors Coalition will convene a community forum in response to the Department of Justice’s “Assessment of Deadly Force in the Philadelphia Police. Department” released last month.

The forum will be held Thursday April 2nd, 6:30 PM, at The z in North Central Philadelphia. Invited panelists include representatives from the legal and civic community. Representatives from law enforcement are invited and welcomed to participate.

“It is most critical that the citizens have an opportunity to voice their concerns and express shared optimism of the possibility of a better relationship between people of color and the city police department” Paula Peebles, Chair of Philadelphia NAN.
