The Convention began on September 8th and runs through October 10th. During the 5 week period, over 50 speakers who are experts, practitioners, activists, academia and elected officials participated in 6 forums organized to address issues plaguing the black community and create solutions – all leading up to the 2-day Conference on October 9th and 10th where those recommendations will be adopted into a Black agenda for Pennsylvania.
