Missing Endangered Juvenile

On 01/14/13, Chelsea Ramsey-Jones a 14 year old black female, was reported missing from 100 block of N. 60th st. after Chelsea failed to return home from Barry Elementary School on 01/14/13. On 01/17/13 Southwest Detectives were informed that the complainant is Autistic and suffers cognitive impairment.

 

She was last seen wearing a brown jacket with a fur collar, a red shirt, black skirt and black tights.
