I finally got the chance to visit the Holistic Health Suite & Café 6802 Old York Road in Philadelphia.

Owners, my frat brother Howard James and his wife Dr. Karen James gave me a great tour of their facility.

They feature and focus on Massages, Herbology, Homeopathy, Nutrition and more.

With a healthy foods menu, their motto is: Eat, Drink and Think Healthy.

Call 215.995.5150 for hours, to schedule a massage or to attend a seminar.

To support other Black-owned businesses, visit and PCOL (Philadelphia Community of Leaders) website at

Gary Shepherd is President/CEO of 3rd Floor Media, A Division of Gary Shepherd Enterprises LLC.
