You can still file for free in the absence of an open tax prep site by going to MyFreeTaxes.com.

In light of ongoing concerns about COVID-19, the 27 free tax preparation sites associated with the City of Philadelphia’s Federal Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) campaign are now closed until further notice. Out of an abundance of caution for residents, we are taking the steps with our tax preparation partners – Campaign for Working Families and Ceiba – to minimize health risks at this time. The Philadelphia Department of Revenue will continue to share updates via its social media channels, and encourages all Philadelphians to receive City notifications by texting COVIDPHL to 888-777. You can still file for free in the absence of an open tax prep site by going to MyFreeTaxes.com.
