We are hosting a FREE anti bullying seminar in which we will talk about bully prevention and demonstrate/teach children basic defense moves.

According to the National Center for Education 1 out of every 5 students reported being bullied nationwide, while a staggering percent went unreported. Last year in Philadelphia 213 teens were shot, 27 killed. Majority of these killings were attributed to ongoing feuds between youth in and out of school. The lasting effect of social and physical bullying has left our youth suffering from social anxiety, depression and health issues to name a few. With this school year quickly approaching we need to combat some of these fears and behaviors with positive reinforcements.

Undisputed MMA,LLC, a family owned and operated business, has serviced the West Oak Lane area for the past 3 years.

During the seminar, we will talk to youth about bullying prevention and the steps they should take if they are being bullied.

We also will talk about basic self defense moves to help boost their confidence and give them a way to defend themselves, if need be.

To maintain our safe and bully free zone, the seminar will be divided into two age groups. Children ages 5-11 will attend the morning seminars and children ages 12-18 will attend afternoon seminars. Registration via EventBrite. One ticket per child for 1 session ONLY. Space is limited and we want to service as many children as possible.
