Tongues are wagging that rapper T.I. gave Larry King a Louis Vuitton Akoo bag, an Akoo sweater and a pair of jeans, following the rapper’s appearance on King’s talk show on Thursday, May 14. This was T.I.’s first post-jail interview.
Jamie Foxx blamed it on the champagne recently at Industry nightclub in Hollywood. He was seen sipping on a glass of bubbly and breaking it down with D.J. Cobra’s tunes. The Oscar winner was spotted getting excited when his song “Gold Digger” was played. Meanwhile, Jamie will join Jason Bateman and Charlie Day in the upcoming New Line film Horrible Bosses. Nothing out of the ordinary, except that another name is listed on the deed of the $1.4 million pad. It’s Latifah’s personal trainer Jeannette Jenkins. Hey, she won’t have to go far for a work-out now.
The Chicago Sun Times is reporting that after starting out fairly civil, the divorce negotiations between Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods have turned extremely testy. Word is Elin is balking at a lifetime confidentiality clause preventing her from writing a book or doing any interviews related to the collapse of the couple’s marriage. In addition, sources say Elin is amping up her financial demands – to an estimated $750 million package — and wants full custody of their children.
The producers of David Mamet’s acclaimed hit play “Race” are proud to welcome the Golden Globe and SAG award nominated star of “24” and “The Unit,” Dennis Haysbert for an exclusive nine-week limited engagement, beginning performances Monday, June 21 through Saturday, August 21. Additional casting for the show’s summer run will be announced shortly. Beginning June 21, “Race’s” summer schedule is as follows: Monday at 8 PM, Tuesday at 7 PM, Wednesday at 2 and 8 PM and Saturday at 2 and 8 PM. The recently recouped “Race,” currently starring Emmy Award winner James Spader, 2010 Tony nominee David Alan Grier, acclaimed actress Kerry Washington, and Emmy winner Richard Thomas, continues to play at the Barrymore Theatre, 243 W. 44th Street, New York City.
