On November 17, Fox partnered with the popular Tray Karaokoe event in Los Angeles for a unique promotion for the new show “Star.” Over 1,200 music fans gathered at Union Night Club to participate in the user-generated rap concert that’s been sweeping the nation. Prior to the show, Fox screened “Star,” with Queen Latifah in the lead role, for an exclusive group of influencers. Attendees included Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood cast members Masiah Kalysha, Moniece Slaughter, Nia Riley, Miles Brock and Jason Lee; “Basketball Wives LA” personality Sundy Carter, TV legend Marla Gibbs, Torrei Hart and reality star Wendell James. A special preview of “Star” airs Wednesday, December 14 on Fox after the fall finale of “Empire.”…………
