Halle Berry gets back to business

Word is, Tempest Bledsoe, formerly Vanessa of the Cosby Show and who once had her own talk show, has been tapped by the Style Network to replace Niecy Nash as host of “Clean House” beginning January 26 helping families to clean up their cluttered lives……….

 

R&B songstress Monica’s fiance Los Angeles Lakers star Shannon Brown celebrated his 25th birthday with family and Lakers fans last weekend at Millions of Milkshakes in Los Angeles. In addition to Monica and her two kids, Lil’ Rocko and Romelo, Shannon also spent time with his son, Shannon Christopher, his mom Sandra, and three brothers. The birthday guy created a new milkshake and was served a cake-replica of his NBA championship ring.

 

After a little bit of a scuffle over the weekend between her boyfriend, Olivier Martinez and a photographer, Halle Berry got back to business and bundled up to head out in the cold Big Apple for an appearance on “Good Morning America.” Halle also found some time to do some Christmas shopping at FAO Schwatz toy store. Meanwhile, In Touch Magazine is reporting that Halle is upset that her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubrey, is reportedly dating Kim Kardashian.

Will.i.am’s song”Own It” is playing in movie theatres across the country. It’s all part of an ad campaign for Oprah Winfrey’s forthcoming OWN TV Channel, which launches on January 1. According to a source, Will is going to be featured in a series on the channel next summer. “Own It” is also on his group, the Black Eyed Peas’ new album, The Beginning, which is out now.

 

New York’s Lincoln Center Theatre’s Platform Series, a forum for public discussion between Lincoln Center Theatre Artists and interested theatre goers, continues its 12th season with a pre-performance talk with three members of the cast of “A Free Man of Color.” On Thursday, December 9, at 6 pm, actors Jeffrey Wright, Veasne Cox and Joseph Marcell will discuss their work in John Guare’s new play. Platform Series events take place in the early evening in the lobby of the Vivian Beaumont Theatre. Admission is free.
