According to the Chicago Sun Times, U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., who handily won re-election on November 6 despite a lengthy stay at the Mayo Clinic for depression and bipolar disorder, is in the midst of plea discussions with the Feds probing his alleged misuse of campaign funds. Sources say Jesse Jr. is not only being investigated for allegedly using campaign funds to decorate his Washington home – but he may also have used campaign funds to buy a $40,000 Rolex watch as a gift for a female friend. Says a source: “This has been an ongoing nightmare for the Jackson family, particularly his wife, Alderman Sandi Jackson and the Reverend.

 

In Halle Berry’s ongoing court battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over their 4 year-old daughter, Nahla, a judge has ruled that the Oscar winning actress cannot permanently move Nahla to France with her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. Halle admits to the “turbulence” in her relationship with Nahla’s father, but hopes they can reconcile their differences.

 

Tamera Mowry-Housley delivered a son Aden John Tanner Housley on November 12 at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. This is the first child for the “Tia & Tamera” star and her husband, Fox News correspondent Adam Housely. Arriving two weeks after his due date of October 30th, Aden weighed in at 9 pounds, 5 ounces and is 21.5 inches long. Tamera and adam wed in May 2011 in Napa Valley.

 

Mary J. Blige, Tyra Banks, Gabrielle Douglas and Solange Knowles were just a few of the glamorous ladies that attended the 22nd annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards at Carnegie Hall in New York City on November 12. Wearing an Emilio Pucci dress, Mary J. presented the “Unstoppables” award to Gabby and other members of the 2012 U.S. Olympic team.

 

Shaq Entertainment announced the addition of two new series, “Clean Ops” and ‘Backstage Confidential,” to the recently launched Comedy Shaq Network (www.YouTube.com/Comedy Shaq Backstage Confidential, hosted by VH1 “Basketball Wives L.A.’s” Gloria Govan, is a fresh mesh between “Inside the Actor’s Studio” and “Entertainment Tonight.’ “Clear Ops,” also starring Govan, is seemingly an undercover vigilante institute, but is an agency that trains inner city kids in performing arts by day and the art of being an expert assassin by night. Govan, who trained with top professionals for her role as an assassin, delivers an action packed performance as “V,” a classical ballerina by day and a contracted hit woman by night.
