Jesse Jackson Jr., who handily won re-election on November 6 despite a lengthy stay at the Mayo Clinic for depression and bipolar disorder, is in the midst of plea discussions with the Feds probing his alleged misuse of campaign funds. Sources say Jesse Jr. is not only being investigated for allegedly using campaign funds to decorate his Washington home – but he may also have used campaign funds to buy a $40,000 Rolex watch as a gift for a female friend. Says a source: “This has been an ongoing nightmare for the Jackson family, particularly his wife, Alderman Sandi Jackson and the Reverend.
In Halle Berry’s ongoing court battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over their 4 year-old daughter, Nahla, a judge has ruled that the Oscar winning actress cannot permanently move Nahla to France with her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. Halle admits to the “turbulence” in her relationship with Nahla’s father, but hopes they can reconcile their differences.
Tamera Mowry-Housley delivered a son Aden John Tanner Housley on November 12 at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. This is the first child for the “Tia & Tamera” star and her husband, Fox News correspondent Adam Housely. Arriving two weeks after his due date of October 30th, Aden weighed in at 9 pounds, 5 ounces and is 21.5 inches long. Tamera and adam wed in May 2011 in Napa Valley.
