It was such a pleasure to have an opportunity to meet up with Noel Davis. Davis, also known as Paris Fit, is a refreshing breeze of hope that will have you changing your life through fitness workouts, your wellness by changing your eating habits, and her way of giving love to the community through everything that she is doing to help set us all up for a fit Philadelphia.

Paris Fit is providing an accessible fitness program to everyone, no matter where they may find themselves on the spectrum of health and fitness.  Her services provide an affordable opportunity to get your life in order and help to build a healthier you.

Currently, we have an obesity rate of over 50% for adults according to CDC guidelines, and an obesity rate of over 40% for children. Paris Fit promotes free community classes, different ways for people to work out via the fitness app, showing other exercises on social media, and a series called “You can’t do this, try this” to promote wellness, especially for people who are not fitness gurus but still want the same workout experience.

Paris Fit helps people of all ages, the oldest clients being 89 years old.

Paris Fit is promoting health not just to those under 40 that have been in shape all of their lives, but also to the beginner that has never worked out, and the one with previous injuries who may be apprehensive about working out.

So, suppose you are an individual that desires to work out in a private manner, unlike the gym experience where everyone is working out together. In that case, you have this possibility with Paris Fit. The environment will be set up: your choice of music, the actual workout, and the experience — all just for you. This is an opportunity that you don’t get in most workout centers. If you are a parent and need a place for your children while working out, you can bring your child to your Paris Fit sessions.

The idea is to promote fitness for all, including your children who, too, can work out with you and help to end obesity.

Be sure to check out Paris Fit for yourself, your family, and friends and get back on track with health and wellness beginning today by visiting: www.getparisfit.com. Until next time…PEACE!
