When it comes time for you to look in the mirror at yourself, and you see what you see — are you thinking in a positive manner as you gaze into your own eyes, or do you think about the negative experiences that continue to happen in your life on a daily basis?  Please understand and know that as we see negativity, bear in mind that two negatives equal a positive in the world of math.

So, as we are looking at ourselves this morning in the mirror or just gazing around, daydreaming of walking through this world, keeping a positive mind is what allows us to expect good things to happen in our lives, each and every day.  The negative — that we may stumble upon, or better yet, falls right into our laps — may be due to how we have treated someone else and that we are not feeling good about it. It may be an experience that we had at our place of employment which kind of knocks us off of our pedestal as we are trying to be the best of what we can be, or it could be something going on in our personal or family life which just seems to be part of a recurring theme that seems to ask  “really…are we here again? Why God, why?”

Well folks, the reality is we must go through some minuses before we get to a plus.  So with that being said, whether you walk into some negative experience that you may pose upon yourself, that may be given to you by way of a friend or neighbor, or something that you are just going through at the moment, all experiences are intentional, and can become the biggest pluses of your life!

Stay encouraged, readers, as we must have failure in order to become better individuals.  Failure is what we grow from, what we learn from, and is not always a negative, as the outcome of our failures turn into a new walk and create a more positive light for ourselves.

Also, stay encouraged as you journey through the life that was created just for you.  Remember that your walk in life is not like that of the person next to you, in front of you, behind you, below or above you –your walk is exactly that; it is your walk because it is your life.  You are the only one who can walk in your shoes.  You are the only one that can accept your failure and decide to look at the positive aspect of it.  It is only you who can continue to see in the mirror what you see in a positive manner.

Don’t allow the negativity of life to wear you down or knock you off of your beat in your life.  Allow the negatives to grow into positives in your daily walk.  Remember, you got this!  All things are possible through Christ, who will give you strength.  Start asking for what you need and watch your minuses turn into pluses  which allow you to walk through the negative and embrace the positive.  Enjoy your life, saints!  Until next time….PEACE!
