New York, NY — Gold Star Fragrances, an established leader in providing quality scents, is giving back to the community this year. With Mother’s Day around the corner, they have decided to give mothers hope and encouragement by donating quality perfume oils to local shelters in the New York City area.

Ms. Sonia Ben, general manager of the company, believes that the needs of African American families can not be ignored, and that a helping hand goes a long way. She comments,” It is our responsibility to support our brothers and sisters in need, to keep the African-American community alive,” she said.

Over 2,000 bottles of perfume oils will be given away to mothers celebrating Mother’s Day and the African-American heritage – two reasons to celebrate by women who share a common ground.

Gold Star Fragrances began their humble beginnings over 34 years ago with the idea of providing alcohol-free perfume oils to the Muslim community.

According to Ben, the secret to the company’s huge success are their natural ingredients which make up their quality uncut oils. Their popularity grew after it became the first fragrance oil company to introduce oil-based fragrances to the United States from Africa.

“Over the years and many thousands of satisfied customers worldwide later, Gold Star Fragrances now has over 1000 unique scents along with variety of other quality products. Our company isn’t just a web site, it is an extension of our New York storefront and a continuation of our effort to bring quality fragrance products to everyone,” she says.

For more information, interested ones can visit the store located at 100 West 37th Street, New York, NY 10018 or visit their website at www.goldstarfragrances.com.
