Mary J. Blige broke all records with her new scent "My Life"

After the impressive response to her Heat fragrance, Beyonce' is reportedly ready to reveal her second scent, Heat Ultimate Elixir. The singer's second perfume line is "concentrated" with "more intense" spicy-floral, Red Vanilla Orchid. Heat Ultimate Elixir hits department stores nationwide on September 26.
Speaking of new fragrances, Mary J. Blige broke all records at Home Shopping Network with her new scent "My Life," selling over 50,000 units and raking in over $3 million. Mary had a little help from her friends. Oprah Winfrey called in and purchased the bath gel and lotion. She told Mary that she doesn't wear perfume. Then, Naomi Campbell phoned in and made a purchase too.
There seems to be drama going on even after folks leave reality shows. Former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star DeShawn Snow is divorcing her husband former NBA star turned broadcaster Eric Snow because he got an old college flame pregnant. Ava Maria Snow was born on July 14 to Marisela Alvarado and Eric. Word is DeShawn, who was let go from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", after the first season, is seeking an $8 million dollar settlement plus the couple's home, which is worth $20 million.
Meanwhile, in other reality show news, rumors are rampant that "Basketball Wives" star Gloria Govan, who thought she was so above the other women on the show, and her fiance, NBA player Matt Barnes, have called off their wedding which was scheduled for August 21. When guests inquired as to what was going on after receiving text messages that the nuptials were canceled, the return response was: "Please respect my privacy." Sources say that Gloria is still living in Matt's house, but they maintain separate bedrooms. Sources say there is some issue over custody of their sons, and she won't return to her hometown of Oakland, California without them. It always pays to treat people nicely.

With grace and quiet confidence, Jacqueline Harris, age 17, of Charlotte, North Carolina, danced her way into the hearts of the judges and became the 40th winner of Hal Jackson's Talented Teens International Scholarship Program. Jacquelin will receive over $5,000 in scholarships, a full scholarship to Seaton Hall University or William Paterson University. The pageant was held at the Ruth Seaton James Performing Art Center in Bermuda. Teen heart throb, Omarion, was a special guest.
