It's a busy time for Beyonce. The award winning superstar just inked a $50 million dollar deal with Pepsi which includes commercials and advertising and the company will also invest in many of her upcoming creative projects. She is also performing in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve for a reported $4 million dollars. The leggy beauty spent the weekend of December 7 at the Art Basel Contemporary Art Fair in Miami Beach, Florida. Bey was spotted walking around with her mom, Tina Knowles, cousin Angie and Kelly Rowland. Then, she and her husband Jay-Z showed up to the book launch of Jose Parla and JR's "The Wrinkles Of The City, Havana, Cuba" at South Beach's Standard Hotel. The First Couple of the Entertainment World were also spotted sitting courtside at a Miami Heat game and having dinner with Kelly, her boyfriend and The Dream at the Soho House.
According to the Chicago Sun Times, Jonathan Jackson, the professorial brother of former U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., is now polling whether to make a run for the job vacated by his elder brother. Sources say Jonathan, who is very close to his father, Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. - and is national spokesperson for his father's Rainbow PUSH Coalition, has a thumbs-up from Dad on the polling front. Meanwhile, Jesse Jr.'s wife, Sandi Jackson has confided to friends she may have to quit the Chicago City Council - depending on what happens to her husband in his battle with the feds - and seek a job in Washington, D.C., so she can support her family. Word is their savings have been deleted due to her husband's battle with bipolar disorder.
