New York City's first couple, Beyonce' and Jay-Z, were out and about recently in the Big Apple. The couple enjoyed a quiet night out with Bey's mother, Tina Knowles and friends, at Giorgia Ristorante in Battery Park City. Beyonce' wore Erika Pena Obama earrings which retail for $28 in silver and $32 in gold. The coosome twosome also joined pal Gwyneth Paltrow at Rosemary's in the West Village on Thursday night. Meanwhile, Beyonce' and Jay-Z have lost their bid to trademark daughter Blue Ivy's name. A judge rejected their request because a party planning company in Boston has been using the name since 2009.
