Usher and Shakira will join the spring edition of NBC's "The Voice"

Madea fans looking to see their favorite character on stage this fall may be getting a disappointment. Tyler Perry told the Tom Joyner Morning Show that he is postponing his tour, "Tyler Perry's Madea Gets A Job" until he can gain a handle on ticket sales and reduce the extreme hike in prices caused by scalpers. Said Tyler: "I'm so frustrated because I go through this all the time. I set the ticket prices at $25, $45, $65; nobody can get tickets for these prices. The bootleggers come, they buy the tickets, they mark them up; all the fees on top of the tickets are narked up. I don't want people out there spending $150 per ticket." As a result, he's postponing the tour.
Usher and Shakira have closed deals to join the spring edition of NBC's "The Voice." Shakira and Usher will replace Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton will return for the fourth cycle. Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban will join the "American Idol" judging panel of Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson. Sources say Minaj will bank $7 million plus allowances for hair and makeup teams.
Khloe Kardashian may be on a career high with a potential hosting gig on "X Factor," but her relationship with husband Lamar Odom isn't on the best of terms. A family member tells Hollywoodlife.com: "Lamar and Khloe had a huge fight a few days ago. It was so big that Lamar stormed out on her and went to Vegas." The source said Khloe tried to call him for two days, but he sent her straight to voicemail. Meanwhile, the Kardashian sisters were at Sears in Yonkers, New York, last weekend, and then headed to Miami where Khloe was photographed with her sister Kim taping "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami" at their Dash store on South Beach.
President Barack Obama will return to Los Angeles for a concert fundraiser at the Nokia Theater on October 7. A $40,000 per couple dinner , hosted by Dreamworks' Jeffrey Katzenberg, will be held nearby.
