With each passing day, there seems to be a new set of developments in the Trayvon Martin shooting case. Here are the latest:

A video of George Zimmerman, the Neighborhood Watch captain who shot Trayvon shows that there were no discernable bruises on him when he was first brought
into the Sanford Police Department. According to Trayvon’s family, the video shows that Zimmerman’s story of self-defense and claims of a broken nose and
bruises sustained at the hands of Trayvon are false.

But Zimmerman’s attorney, Craig Zonner, says that while parts of the video bolster his client’s contention of injury, the video as a whole is far too
grainy to make a final determination.

Meanwhile, Richard Kurtz of the Roy Mizell and Kurtz Funeral Home in Fort Lauderdale said to HLN’s Nancy Grace that he saw no signs of fighting on Trayvon
Martin when he was brought into the funeral home to be prepared for burial. During his interview on Grace’s program Wednesday night, Kurtz said that he
didn’t see any scratches or scrapes on Trayvon’s hands that might indicate a physical altercation.

Also, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, Trayvon’s parents, were on Capitol Hill on Tuesday as part of a Congressional hearing on Hate Crimes and Racial
Profiling. While the couple did not speak, their attorney, Benjamin Crump, did.

The hearing was convened by members of the House Judiciary Committee including Reps. John Conyers (D-Mich.), Corrine Brown (D-Fla.), Sheila Jackson Lee
(D-Texas) and Frederica Wilson (D-Fla.) Brown represents the district in which Martin, Fulton and Trayvon lived.
