Sultan Jihad Ahmad Community Foundation will host a book signing for author Mark Johnson, author of, "Basketball Slave, the Andy Johnson Harlem Globetrotter/NBA Story." The book signing will be held at the Sultan Jihad Ahmad Community Foundation office at 1646 Ridge Avenue on Good Friday, March 29, 5- 8PM.

Baye "Loco" McNeil is an African-American who took a most unorthodox path to discovering, confronting and eradicating the racism he found within himself. Born in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, he was raised by parents with a Pan-African ideology, which led to the lad's joining a cult as a teenager which preached black superiority.

No, I'm not talking about the greenbacks in your wallet. I'm talking about Money, Mississippi – a small town in the northwestern tip of Mississippi. A small town which is holds a tragic place in the annals of Civil Rights.

There are over 7 million people either in prison, on probation or on parole in the United States. Of that number, about 40 percent are African-American, which means that about 3 million black folks are currently caught up in the criminal justice system.
